Yes, completely free. There is no credit card required, no deposit and no commitment. The free trial is a genuine full lesson so you can experience the teaching style and decide whether LearnWithNMT is the right fit for you before paying anything.

The free trial is a standard lesson session. The exact duration will be confirmed on the booking page. Your trainer will use the time to understand your level, goals and learning needs so your future lessons can be fully personalised.

Yes. LearnWithNMT welcomes young learners aged 6 and above. Parents or guardians can book the free trial on behalf of their child. Please mention your child’s age and any specific goals in the booking notes so your trainer can prepare an appropriate lesson in advance.

After your trial, Your trainer will follow up with a brief summary of your level and suggested next steps. If you would like to continue, you can book individual lessons or choose a lesson package. There is no pressure to commit immediately.

Click Book a Lesson in the navigation or on any lesson page. You will choose your lesson type and a convenient time slot, then select a lesson package and pay securely via PayPal. A Teams meeting link will be generated and sent to your email automatically.

Yes. Please give at least 6 hours notice to reschedule without any charge. You can reschedule via the link in your booking confirmation email, or by contacting us directly at englishtutor@learnwithnmt.com.

Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the lesson start time are accepted without charge, and any lesson credit used for that booking is restored. Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice may be counted as a used session. For exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

LearnWithNMT serves students worldwide. Our booking calendar will show available slots in your local time zone automatically. If you have difficulty finding a suitable time, contact us and we will do our best to find a slot that works for your schedule.

This would be an exceptional situation. If the trainer is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full reschedule or, if applicable, a refund of that session. Your time is always respected.

LearnWithNMT offers: General English (grammar, vocabulary, all skills), Conversational English (speaking fluency and confidence), Business English (emails, meetings, presentations, workplace communication), Academic Support (essay writing, academic vocabulary) and Personalised One-to-One lessons built entirely around your goals.

Lessons are available for learners aged 6 and above, including children (6–9), young learners (10–12), teenagers (13–17), adults (18+), university students, professionals and corporate learners. Each lesson is adapted to the age, level and goals of the individual student.

All levels are welcome, from complete beginner to advanced. During the free trial, Your trainer will assess your current level through natural conversation and identify the most appropriate starting point for your lessons.

LearnWithNMT offers both one-to-one lessons and group learning opportunities.

• One-to-one lessons are fully personalised to your goals and learning needs.
• Group learning is currently available through our Complete Beginner Foundation Course (Pre-A1 to A2).

Future group courses for intermediate and advanced learners may be introduced based on enrolment and demand.

Group courses are published with specific dates and times. Each class opens with a minimum of 3 learners and is limited to 10 learners per group. If a group is full or the schedule does not suit you, you can join the waiting list for the next available group.

Lesson lengths will be confirmed on the booking and pricing pages. The trainer designs lessons to make the most of every minute. If you have a specific time preference, please mention it when booking or get in touch.

Yes, where appropriate. Homework tasks are assigned after lessons and are visible in your private student portal under My Homework. Tasks may include writing exercises, speaking practice, grammar worksheets or vocabulary review. Homework is always optional but strongly encouraged for faster progress.

Full pricing details are available on the Pricing page. Options include individual lessons and lesson packages at a reduced rate. The first trial lesson is always free.

Payment instructions are currently provided after your free trial. Your trainer will share a payment link or method suitable for your region. Online payment through secure options such as PayPal or Stripe will be added to the website shortly.

Yes. Lesson packages (for example, 5 lessons or 10 lessons) will be available at a discounted rate compared to single lessons. Package details are on the Pricing page. Packages do not expire quickly and allow you to learn at your own pace.

Multi-lesson packages already offer a saving compared to booking individual lessons. If you have a specific situation such as a student budget or a group enquiry, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Refunds for unused sessions in a package are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Your satisfaction matters and every case will be handled fairly.

All lessons are delivered via Microsoft Teams. When you book, a unique Teams meeting link is generated and sent to your email. You can join from the Teams app or directly in your web browser — no account required to join as a guest.

The Microsoft Teams desktop or mobile app gives the best experience and is free to download. However, you can also join lessons directly in a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox recommended) without installing anything.

You need a device (laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone) with a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. A quiet environment and headphones are recommended for the best lesson experience.

If you experience a technical issue, please notify us as quickly as possible via email at englishtutor@learnwithnmt.com. Technical problems beyond your control will not count as a cancelled session and a replacement slot will be arranged.

Lessons are not routinely recorded. If you would like to record a session for your own review, please discuss this with your trainer before the lesson so both parties can agree. Student privacy is always respected.

Click Student Login at the top of any page or visit the login page. Enter your email and password. If you have not yet received your login details, please contact us to get set up.

Your private portal includes: My Homework (tasks, due dates, submission), My Lesson Reports (post-lesson notes from your trainer), My Corrections (language feedback in a clear format), My Resources (PDFs, worksheets and videos assigned to you), My Progress (goals, strengths and improvement areas) and My Bookings (next lesson details).

No. Your portal is completely private. Only you and your trainer (as the teacher and admin) can see your homework, reports, corrections and progress. No other student can access your personal information.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password by email. If you still have difficulty, contact us at englishtutor@learnwithnmt.com and she will help you regain access.

Log in to your student portal and go to My Homework. Open the relevant homework task and use the Submit Homework button to upload your file or type your answers directly. Your trainer will review your submission and provide feedback.

Yes. Shared resources (grammar guides, vocabulary lists, speaking practice materials and more) are available to all registered students inside the portal. Some additional resources may be assigned specifically to individual students based on their level and goals.
